Senior Project Manager

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic planner who can manage budgets, schedules, contract requirements, and project teams while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

This role requires someone who can confidently oversee multiple projects, build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and proactively solve problems before they impact schedule or cost. We’re seeking a leader who is organized, accountable, and committed to delivering successful projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects through the full construction lifecycle, managing one major or multiple minor projects at a time from kickoff through closeout.
  • Provide strong jobsite and project leadership by coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet milestones and project goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within contract requirements.
  • Review and execute Owner contracts, work plans, addenda, plans, and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including project sequencing and look-ahead planning.
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and detailed project plans for all phases of construction.
  • Lead subcontractor buyout and procurement efforts, including purchasing materials and ensuring resources are secured to meet project timelines.
  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and approvals; review and approve all submittals as required.
  • Run project coordination meetings and provide ongoing direction to field teams and trade partners.
  • Track progress daily and proactively resolve schedule impacts, scope gaps, conflicts, and critical path issues.
  • Provide clear and consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding milestones, risks, changes, and project performance.
  • Complete monthly billing and support project financial reporting, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards through consistent oversight, documentation, and accountability.
  • Support continuous improvement by helping develop internal processes, templates, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in the field when needed to support jobsite success and problem resolution.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and participate in performance reviews when applicable.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
  • OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification (preferred).

What You’ll Bring:

General Superintendent

We’re looking for a seasoned General Construction Superintendent who can confidently lead complex commercial projects in the field. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who drives safety, quality, and schedule performance while motivating and coordinating on-site teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage all field operations, including assistant superintendents, subcontractors, and labor staff to ensure project success
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules, including look-ahead planning, sequencing, and milestone tracking to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor scopes, manpower, and site logistics to maximize productivity and minimize delays
  • Oversee and enforce site-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability
  • Conduct routine jobsite inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, contract requirements, and project specifications
  • Serve as the primary jobsite point of contact and liaison with project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal representatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation including daily reports, progress photos, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and jobsite logs
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate jobsite risks including schedule impacts, scope gaps, safety concerns, and constructability issues
  • Support pre-construction planning including constructability reviews, site logistics planning, phasing plans, budgeting input, and schedule development
  • Track and manage labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material flow to support cost control and project performance
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate daily priorities to keep all trades aligned
  • Promote strong collaboration between field leadership and project management teams to ensure consistent communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate inspections, testing requirements, and turnover processes to support successful project closeout
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite while driving accountability across all trades and personnel

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience finishing concrete to a high standard and takes pride in producing clean, professional work. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, and a commitment to jobsite safety. A successful candidate will be experienced in concrete placement and finishing techniques including grading, smoothing, edging, jointing, and surface texturing. We’re seeking someone who shows up ready to work, maintains a strong work ethic, and contributes to a quality job from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pour, place, and finish concrete surfaces for commercial buildings and large-scale projects.
  • Screed, level, edge, and smooth concrete using hand tools and power finishing equipment.
  • Apply finishing techniques including troweling, broom finishes, and other surface textures as required.
  • Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) and wire mesh as needed for placement.
  • Set and install formwork components and embedded items, including expansion joints and control joints.
  • Repair, patch, and restore existing concrete surfaces as needed.
  • Coordinate with other crew members, supervisors, and trades to ensure concrete work meets project requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all jobsite safety procedures.
  • Assist with erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as scaffolding, shoring, braces, and supports when needed.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a concrete finisher on commercial or large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete placement, curing, and finishing methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, grades, elevations, and layout marks.
  • Skilled in using concrete tools and equipment such as:
  • bull floats, hand floats, trowels
  • screeds, edgers, groovers
  • power trowels, vibrators, and saws for control joints
  • Knowledge of proper reinforcement placement and concrete prep procedures.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
