In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Primary Duties:

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously 
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Set and continually manage project scope and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

Drywall Finisher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Finisher to join our team.  As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing coats to drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, even appearance.  You will work closely with other members of the construction team to ensure that all drywall surfaces are properly prepared and finished according to the specifications.

Primary Duties:

  • Prepare drywall surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.
  • Apply finishing coats of joint compound to drywall surfaces, smoothing out rough spots and ensure even coverage of joint compound.
  • Mix and prepare joint compound and other materials for use.
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine the proper application of joint compound and other materials.
  • Work with other members of the construction team to ensure that all drywall surfaces are properly finished.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within established timelines and to the satisfaction of clients.
 
Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years’ experience in Division 9 scopes of work (metal and wood framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, acoustical tiling, ACT, FRP, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to drywall finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
