What we built Renovation Multi-phase How we did it Renovation of 8-story, 134 unit high-rise senior living facility owned by the Housing Authority. Renovation included a full-service kitchen and dining hall. Improvements included new windows and storefront, elevators, fire pumps, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, flooring, paint and parking lot lighting.
